UMC / Motion Calendar

Schedule all hearings through the judicial assistant; ex parte/short matters are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. and must be coordinated and confirmed.

For an emergency hearing, file a detailed motion stating the issues, reasons an emergency hearing is necessary, and time needed for each party; email the Court to alert it to the filing.

Only the party setting the hearing or the Court may cancel it; cancellation requires immediate notice to the judicial assistant and immediate filing and service of a cancellation notice.
