When counsel are asked to prepare an order, draft and circulate it within three working days and submit it within seven days of the hearing with a copy to opposing counsel.

The Judicial Assistant will not schedule a hearing if the movant has not complied with the meet-and-confer requirement, and omission of the required certificate results in cancellation.
