UMC / Motion Calendar
UMC hearings for Division FJ are conducted via Zoom on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8:45 a.m. Hearings are 5 minutes max and limited to two matters per case. All proposed orders must be uploaded to OLS and emailed to appropriate parties 2 days ahead of the hearing.

Proposed Orders
Proposed final judgments/orders must be submitted via OLS in Word format at least 2 days before the hearing and emailed to all appropriate parties. Delays in submission will result in hearing cancellations.

Emergency Motions
Emergency Do Not Resuscitate petitions require a preliminary hearing within 72 hours of filing. Relief must be ruled on immediately following or within 4 days after an evidentiary hearing.

Discovery Disputes
