UMC / Motion Calendar
UMC hearings are for non-evidentiary motions under 10 minutes (5 minutes per side) and must be scheduled within 15 days of filing. Motions pending longer may be deemed abandoned. Default judgments and uncontested summary judgments may be set on UMC.

The court periodically reviews cases for lack of prosecution. Cases inactive for over four months or without action following LOP notices are subject to dismissal.
