Courtesy Copies
For specially set hearings, submit written responses with caselaw or authority 48 hours before the hearing. If documents exceed 40 pages, provide labeled and tabbed hard copies in a binder.

Zoom Hearings
Arraignments, case dispositions, and status checks can be held either on Zoom or in person, as long as defendants are present, unless a Waiver of Appearance is filed in advance. Proper attire and activated video are required for Zoom participants, and all participants must label themselves with their full name.

Proposed agreed orders must be submitted via the Divisional Portal. Notify the court of your submission via email.

Special Set Hearings
All motions requiring 15+ minutes for a hearing must include a cover letter with the estimated hearing time. The Judicial Assistant will provide available dates after Judge review. Coordination with opposing counsel is required; the moving party should email the Judicial Assistant once a date is agreed upon.
